Care Guide

• Light: Bright, indirect light maintains the best pink and cream variegation. Too little light will cause the coloration to fade toward green; avoid harsh direct sun, which can bleach or scorch the leaves. A north- or east-facing window is ideal.
• Water: Keep the soil evenly moist but never waterlogged. Allow the top inch of soil to dry between waterings. Syngoniums are more tolerant of moisture than Hoyas but will develop root rot if left sitting in water. Reduce watering in winter.
• Humidity: Thrives with 50–70% humidity. Higher humidity encourages larger, more vibrant leaves. A pebble tray, humidifier, or grouping with other plants will help maintain moisture in the air.
• Temperature: Prefers 60–85°F (15–29°C). Keep away from cold drafts, air conditioning vents, and temperatures below 55°F.
