Care
- Light: Bright indirect light is essential — it sustains white variegation and prevents reversion. Avoid direct sun; avoid deep shade which causes green reversion.
- Water: Allow the top 1–2" of soil to dry between waterings. Variegated sections are more sensitive; avoid overwatering.
- Humidity: Prefers 55%+ humidity for optimal health; tolerates average indoor conditions with slower growth.
- Temperature: Keep between 65–85°F (18–29°C); protect from drafts and temperatures below 55°F.
- Soil: Chunky, well-draining aroid mix with perlite; excellent drainage supports the root system and white tissue health.
- Fertilizer: Balanced liquid fertilizer every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer; avoid over-fertilizing which can stress variegated growth.
- Toxicity: Toxic to cats and dogs if ingested.
