💡 Light

Thrives in bright, indirect light. Variegation is most vivid and pronounced with consistent, filtered light. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch leaves and wash out coloration. A north- or east-facing window is ideal; supplement with a grow light in lower-light spaces.

💧 Water

Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry. Syngoniums prefer evenly moist (not soggy) soil — allow excess water to drain freely and never let the plant sit in standing water. Reduce frequency in winter when growth slows.
